Update Your Business Profile

When you signed up for your Paychex Flex® account you were required to use your legal business name. However, many businesses do not use their legal name in their day-to-day business activities. Instead, many use DBAs (Doing-Business-As) names as their public brand, and that is the name customers use to search for and find our businesses online.

In order for the marketing analysis that is included with your Paychex Flex® account to be accurate, we need to use your pubic brand information, instead of your legal entity information we currently have in our database.
